Why coaching online?
Coaching is amazing online because: 1) You can get coaching as you need it and when you need it. 2) You can dictate your own safe space. 3) You can work completely anonymously and independently or you can work with a buddy, join in Forums, and Ask the Coach any questions you have. WHO CREATED THE MINDSET MANNERS PROGRAM?
Clay Clayborn created Mindset Manners. He realized at an early age the value in decision making. Over the course of his life, he has made some really tough choices, selfless choices, to have the mental freedom, peace and happiness that he has now. In creating this program, his goal has been to share the principles he used to achieve a winning mindset. Creating those Mindset Manners that align with your goals. He’s had to make many sacrifices to achieve his level of happiness. Clay wants you to make those same sacrifices to gain those same results. That means that he only wants people who are truly motivated to change their lives to participate. People who have already said to themselves “enough is enough”!
HOW LONG SHOULD I COMMIT TO WORKING WITH A COACH?
At least one month. Most people find coaching more beneficial than they realized and stay on longer than they initially anticipated—typically 9 months to a year. Therefore, you may be asked to make a longer commitment already knowing most people want to continue and to save you money in the long run. You will be asked to sign a coaching agreement to protect both parties, however, in most cases, despite the commitment, you are allowed to stop coaching immediately if coaching is not working for you. You can also receive coaching on a month-to-month basis if it is working for you.
why is online coaching so effective?
The connections built between coach and client can be magical. The momentum and enthusiasm can almost be child-like. The principles of brotherhood and sisterhood start to play apart as the energies collaborate.
Barriers are typically down from the beginning or broken down quickly, allowing for better responses and more rational expectations. Better goals are set; ones that naturally motivate the client. The client develops new skills, which lead to greater success.
Coaching provides a structure of support. Most people are so distracted in life with valid responsibilities or unhealthy carousels. This results in a lack of initiative or a lack of goal completion for long periods of time in your life. Clay prides himself on being the positive supporter you need in a family member or friend.
